Annette

Annette I who write this name is Annette Leion. When I did not blog about communication, I run the company Introspectica Konsult AB , that are providing courses, training and personal guidance.

My desire is to contribute in various ways that people come to realize the amazing possibilities and abilities that each of us has. I work as much with individuals as with companies and employee groups. My training as a behavioral scientist has a focus on workplace issues, but I have been training in the U.S. in clinical psychology and behavioral therapy. Is also trained Hypnoterapeut and has worked many years with mental training.

For about 20 years I have been a student at the Self-Realization Center in Los Angeles . A center for internal development through meditation and self-discovery based on a cognitive approach

Since the mid-90s, I had the privilege to even be working with animals and nature-based tutoring / therapy. The basis for this, I was in the U.S. when I was working with behavioral therapy, in which there was a nature-based part.

Interest in working with the interaction of people, animals and nature, was brought. It led on to me at the end of the 90's teamed up with Barbara Rector, one of the precursors and the authorities in horse therapy and awareness training, residents of the United States. Barbara is still mentor to me in my work with horses and people. Want to know more about Barbara, you look at her website, " Adventure in Awareness . "

The horses have, with short interruptions, been with me since I was liten.Det has partly led to traditional riding and training, but the last 10 years I have realized what a great helper horse is in the field of personal development and when we want to change attitudes and behavior. I have deepened my ideas about horses as partners through a 1-year training with Klaus Ferdinand Hempfling, and also by training for the Canadian horse trainer Chris Irwin.

Chris books and a selection of his DVDs can be purchased through the company.
